The Liebster Award #2

So I have been nominated for the Liebster Award again, which is so lovely and I am so happy that anyone would think of my blog. I would like to say a big thank you Sherel, The Glitter Mirror and Priya Odette for the nominations! Anyway I did this post about 2 weeks ago so I am going to cheat slightly and link back to my previous post here for all the rules and my nominations, but I will answer the questions because they have been so nice to nominate me. Last time I was nominated by more than one person as well and I answered a mixture of questions (I don’t think anyone wants to read my answers to 20+ questions!), so I will do this again.

1) What item do you have the most of in your closet? (jeans, tank tops, maxi skirts, etc.)

It has to be jeans, they are just so useful and go with so many things. I have so many different types, I have 2 or 3 pairs of highwaisted ones, 3 pairs of ripped jeans and at least 6 or 7 pairs of coloured jeans (that’s not even counting my normal and patterned ones oops!).

2) What is one of your favourite things about blogging?

I love the interaction with people and other bloggers. It makes my day when I get comments on my posts or replies on Twitter.

3) If you had to choose would it be Dairy Milk or Galaxy?

Can I say neither? I’m not really a huge fan of chocolate (I know!),  I would much rather eat something savoury. If I had to choose I would go for Galaxy.

4) Where is your favourite place to travel to, and why?

I don’t really travel as much as I would like but I love going to London. I like the buzz of a city and London is probably the one I go to most often.

5) Where was your best vacation and why?

When I was 18 and had just finished school I went to Italy with 2 of my friends. We travelled by train to Rome, Florence, Pisa and Venice staying in hostels and it was really great! Italy is a beautiful country, Florence was especially lovely and it was a good adventure.

6) What’s your favourite book?

This is difficult because I haven’t actually read a book for a while but I think I’ll go for Noughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman. This is a young adults book and I first read it when I was about 12, but its one of those books that lingers in your mind for a long time afterwards (as you will know if you’ve read it) and it is one of the most memorable books of my childhood.

7) Would you rather spend a weekend at a mountain resort, or the beach?

Erm neither haha, I would probably prefer a mountain resort to the beach. I don’t cope well with hot weather so the beach is pretty much my idea of a nightmare weekend. I’ve never been to a mountain resort so I would be up for trying it!

8) Name the beauty product you can’t live without right now?

Hmm probably my No7 foundation. I think I mentioned  in my last Liebster Award post, that I could live without other makeup products but I would feel strange going anywhere without foundation on and the No7 one is the foundation I am currently using.

9) What is your more prized possession?

I would say either my teddy that I’ve had since I was born or a necklace that my Grandma gave me when I turned 18 that had been passed down to her from her mother.

10) What are your top 3 favourite TV shows?

Ah this is difficult! I’m a bit of a Netflix addict so there are loads to choose from! Firstly I’ll go for the one that I am currently obsessed with and that’s Fringe. It’s a mixture of a crime solving drama and sci-fi, it’s great! Secondly I’ll choose Orphan Black which is also a kind of sci-fi drama (see a pattern here?), it has clones and the lead actress is amazing. Finally I’ll go for Lost, the ending was a little disappointing but the fact that I watched every episode in a month shows how much I enjoyed it.

11) If you could have any beauty item handed to you (no matter what the price of the item) what would you want?

I’d probably go for a more expensive foundation maybe a YSL one or Dior.

So I want to say thanks so much again to the people who nominated me and you can see my questions and nominations in my previous Liebster Award post.
